I hired Lasting Image to clean the carpet in my office space. I called, spoke to a live person and we picked a time and scheduled the cleaning for 2 days later. The cleaning team showed up a little early and immediately went to work. There were deep stains in several places which I had previously attempted to have cleaned with no luck. The Lasting Image team came in with some serious industrial cleaning equipment, unlike the spray and wipe spot clean method from a previous company, and handled the job fast. The carpet looked brand new when they were finished. Stains were gone. They cleaned up after themselves, took their trash with them and were out the door. Easily the best and most thorough experience I’ve had from a cleaning company. I ended up having them come to my home and clean my carpets there too. Again, another fantastic job.
